Robert (Bob) Garrity is an attorney who is licensed in Kansas and is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Kansas and Missouri. For five years, Bob was employed by Arthur Young & Co., a Big 8 CPA firm, in their tax department. He has over 20 years experience managing the tax and accounting departments of companies with annual revenues from $50 million to $2 billion. He has also been an owner of several small businesses.
Ray Kowalczewski is an attorney who is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. He has worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, one of the largest international CPA firms, where he focused on tax reporting and tax planning. Ray has also earned an advanced degree in law specializing in tax matters (LL.M. in Taxation). Throughout his career, Ray has enjoyed advising individuals and business owners on the broad range of tax issues that affect their families and companies with a special focus on helping those who are in trouble with the IRS and state tax authorities.
